Hours of building rental (4) Rectangle tables decorated for Register, Bride’s cake, Groom's cake and Gift table. (10) Round tables decorated with white or black linen tablecloths, color toppers, mirrors, tea light votives & a choice of centerpiece. This package includes
set up of tables and basic wedding items and clean up of all tables.
Kitchen help, kitchen clean up, catering/maintaining of food and large decorating including place
settings and chair covers, are available at additional charge. |

Deposit $200.00 Plates, napkins, forks, boxes and serving pieces are not included. Please check with your caters and bakeries for these items including boxes for take home. Additional charges apply when alcohol will be available to your guest. Punch fountain, china place setting, champagne flutes, chaffing dishes, clear plastic ware, projector & pa system w/cordless mic, chair covers and sashes are just some of the additional items available at additional cost. If your interested in an item not listed, please let us know. |

Please
Note: All
security deposits are non refundable if you cancel your event. Your
security deposit will be refunded to you within one week after your event
unless paying by check, in which it will be refunded after your check clears
your bank and providing no breach of contract. If you must reschedule, you must do so at least two weeks before your event. You will have
3 months from the date of cancellation to reschedule. Please see our
rental section for additional information regarding our policy on return of
security deposit.
