Rental
Rate is $100.00 per hour
Available rental hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight
Tables and chairs are included with rental as well as access to kitchen which includes an ice machine. You will be responsible for clean up of the facility and you or your caters will be responsible for the kitchen cleanup. Security deposits will not be refunded if both areas are left unclean.
A $200.00 deposit is required for all reservations with the exception of kids birthday parities, where the deposit is $100.00. All Deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled. Deposits are returned to you within 7-10 days, providing there is no balance owed, no damages to building (inside or outside), breach of contracts or any other explained reasons.
We accept cash, visa/mastercard/american express, & check. Please note, there is a $30.00 charge for returned checks. For those paying your final event payment by check, your security deposits will not be refunded until your check clears the bank.
You are welcome to make payments on your event however, all events are to be paid in full one week prior to the event.
Alcohol is allowed for adult events only, but must be reported at the time of reservation. Additional charges will apply.
