Wedding & Reception

Package includes:

     (4) Hours for wedding and reception

    (2) Hours rehearsal time reserved. (Additional   hours are available if you would like to host your rehearsal dinner with us)

    (4) Rectangle tables decorated for Register, Bride's cake, Groom's cake and Gift table. 

   (10) Round guest tables decorated with white or black linen tablecloths, color toppers, mirrors, tea light votive & choice of centerpiece.

    Stage decorated with arch

    (2) 7 branch candelabras with drip-less candles & Unity candle stand.

    Chairs set up for family and friends.

    This package includes set up tables and basic wedding items and clean up of all tables.  Kitchen help, catering/maintaining of food and large decorating, including place settings and chair covers, will require an additional charge

   Security Deposit $200.00

Plates, napkins , forks, boxes and serving pieces are not included.  Please check with your caters and bakeries for these items including boxes for take home.

Additional charges apply when alcohol will be available to your guest. 

Punch fountain, china place setting, champagne flutes, chaffing dishes, clear plastic ware, projector & pa system w/cordless mic, chair covers and sashes are just some of the additional items available at additional cost.  If your interested in an item not listed, please let us know.

 Please Note:

All security deposits are non refundable if you cancel your event.  Your deposit will be refunded to you within one week after your event unless paying by check, in which it will be refunded after your check has cleared your bank and providing no breach of contract.    If you must reschedule, you must do so at least two weeks before your event.  You will have 3 months from the date of cancellation to reschedule.  Please see our rental section for additional information regarding your security deposit.
